Itinerary
Tuesday April 8th to Friday April 11 th
Dear Parent,
Galway Swimming Club are hosting the Blue Wave Swimming Club from Brandon, Florida next week . A group of 31 Swimmers is being hosted by Members families for 3 nights. Their coach ,Peter Banks and travelling Parents are staying at the Marriott at the Barry Motors roundabout.
Joan Staunton (087 6489238) has organised the accommodation arrangements and if you have queries in this regard you should contact her.
Travel Details
Tuesday 8th April
6.00pm Brandon Swimmers arrive at Lesuireland and are met by Hosts
Wednesday 9th April
6.00am Swimmers to be delivered to training session at Leisureland by Hosts
Immediately following swimming Brandon are going to Aran Islands
6.00pm Swimmers to be collected from Leisureland by Hosts
Thursday 10th April
7.45am Swimmers to be dropped to Lesiureland by Hosts
Immediately following swimming Brandon are going to
Cliffs of Moher and Blarney Castle
6.00pm Swimmers to be collected by Hosts
7.30pm Welcome Reception for Brandon Visitors at Beo, Warwick Hotel
to plus lecture by Brandon Chief Coach. Peter Banks
9.30pm All Members plus kids/parents welcome
Finger food and Tea/Coffee available
Friday 11th April
9.00am Brandon Swimmers depart from Lesiureland
Thank you for agreeing to host the visiting Swimmers from the Blue Wave Swimming Club. It should be a valuable cultural and sporting experience for the Visitors and for our own families.
